All the rotating parts are zero balanced and then assembled with HTZ compressor aero wheels that are made 100% in the USA, and the assembly is balanced a final time to verify the perfect nature of the CHRA in its assembled state. To ensure long life for this turbo, use a -6 oil supply line.
The FP8488S HTZ model in our lineup flows 135+ lbs/min with its 84MM compressor wheel. That puts this turbo in the 1200-1400 HP range for both high PR, small engine applications or lower PR V8 applications.
To complement the increase in compressor flow, we brought in Xona Rotor derived tech in the form of the Ultra High Flow 88S turbine wheel. While having the same physical size as the tried and true BW 96/88mm turbine wheel, the 88S allows massive gains in choke flow capacity without hurting spool.
